🏫 What is Say Global English?

It's an online English school built on 26 years of know-how (founded in 2000) from Huston Academy in Busan. Here's the heart of it in one sentence — "Don't memorize a foreign language; absorb it the way you learned your mother tongue."

  • ✦How we acquire a first language: just like a baby learns Korean, you listen a lot → repeat out loud → and practice in fun ways. Instead of memorizing words, you let English settle into your mouth and ears.
  • ✦Unlimited 1:1 conversation with 6 AI teachers: it's okay to make mistakes. Speaking English a little every day is what builds real skill.
  • ✦A 5-step pyramid: Intro (alphabet & phonics) → BS (basic words & sentences) → IS (intermediate sentences) → Prime (advanced) → International (original books & test prep). Start right where you are.
  • ✦Support in 8 languages: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Thai, and Indonesian. You learn English while reading the explanations in your own language.
  • ✦Fun is the key: through games, dubbing, and read-aloud, we make learning you'll want to come back to. Because if it isn't fun, you won't stick with it.

A little every day beats a lot all at once. Repeat the cycle of "listen → repeat → speak → review" every single day.

  1. ① First time only: take the level test to find your starting point.
  2. ② Today's lesson: watch one lesson from a course and enter the expressions you'll learn today.
  3. ③ Make it yours by speaking: use read-aloud and dubbing to listen to the audio and repeat after it (this matters most!).
  4. ④ Put it to use: practice today's expressions out loud in AI conversation.
  5. ⑤ Fun review: use word games to practice recalling the words you learned today.
  6. ⑥ Build it up: repeat again the next day — those small daily gains add up to real fluency in the end.

📋 How to use each feature (what, why, and how)

🎯Level Test — Your First Step

Starting at the level that fits you keeps you from burning out and helps you improve fast. Too easy is boring; too hard makes you give up.

  1. 1.Tap the "Free Level Test" button on the home screen.
  2. 2.Have a free, easy chat in English with the AI teacher (short is totally fine).
  3. 3.While you talk, the AI evaluates your grammar, vocabulary, and fluency to recommend your level.
  4. 4.Just start with the course that matches your recommended level.

💡 Don't try to speak perfectly — just talk comfortably with the words you know. That gives a more accurate reading.

📚Courses & Lessons

With structure, you never lose your way. Just climb the 5-step pyramid one rung at a time.

  1. 1.Pick the course for your level from the "Course List."
  2. 2.Try a free lesson first to get a taste (zero pressure).
  3. 3.Watch the lesson video and expressions, then read them aloud.
  4. 4.Check "My Learning" to see your progress and records adding up.

💡 One lesson a day is plenty. Daily matters more than a lot at once.

🎬Read-Aloud & Dubbing Homework

English isn't read with your eyes — it opens up through your mouth. Speaking along with real audio is the fastest path there.

  1. 1.In "Dubbing," tap "🎬 Real Read-Aloud Audio Dubbing."
  2. 2.When a picture book and real audio appear, listen line by line and read along.
  3. 3.Tap 🎙️ Record and read aloud in your own voice.
  4. 4.Enter your name and class, then tap "Submit Homework" to send it to your teacher.
  5. 5.Your teacher's comments (pronunciation, intonation, pace) show up at the top of the same screen.

💡 Try to mimic the exact pace and intonation of the audio. Shadowing (copying along) changes your pronunciation the fastest.

💬AI Conversation

Expressions only become yours once you actually use them. English feels embarrassing in front of people, but in front of the AI you can make mistakes all you want.

  1. 1.Go into "AI Conversation."
  2. 2.Start a 1:1 chat in English with the AI teacher.
  3. 3.Make a point of using the expressions you learned today in courses and read-aloud.
  4. 4.If you get stuck, you can ask in your own language — the AI will help.

💡 Even 5 minutes of speaking a day will change how you talk a month later. Don't be afraid to make mistakes.

🎮Word Games

Review won't happen if it's boring. "Recalling" words through games makes them fun and helps them stick for the long haul.

  1. 1.Enter the game and pick your level.
  2. 2.Set the speed (levels 1–3) to suit you.
  3. 3.Each level brings a different game — alphabet, words, sentences, and more.
  4. 4.When a Korean word falls, switch it to English; when an English word falls, switch it to its meaning (it works both ways).

💡 Keep your combo going and your score multiplies. One round a day and the words pile up on their own.

🏫Virtual School & Live Classes

Together is more fun than alone. Learn alongside friends and teachers through metaverse classrooms and live classes.

  2. 2.Take a seat in the metaverse classroom and look over the class materials.
  3. 3.If there's a live class, join in real time.
